We were delighted to meet Richard from AdventuresInGinLand.com, a blog dedicated to all things gin related. We were relieved when he pronounced Trinity25 to be delicious, going on to say to describe the taste like so: “Neat, both on the nose and palate, the cardamom is to the fore, with the coriander seeds adding some citrus notes. When tonic is added the flavours open up and there is a more balanced mix of juniper and cardamom, with the black pepper adding a spicy edge. And it has an alcohol bite! Ok, not the 40% hit of a normal gin, but it’s there, making it feel like a real drink and not the bland botanical experience of a not-gin.”

We had a fabulous launch party in Hide Bar on the ever-fashionable Bermondsey St.
A range of special Trinity25 cocktails were made and a good time was had by all. We are now getting listings in venues across Bermondsey, Peckham, Dulwich and Central London – watch out, Trinity25 is coming!
We are delighted to be partnering with Bermondsey Mixer Co and to recommend Bermondsey Tonic as our tonic of choice for Trinity25.
With raw natural quinine and no solvent extract (hence the natural colour), it makes the perfect pairing to the simplicity and purity of Trinity25!
On Tuesday 16th July, we are also holding our launch party: 7pm @Hide Bar on Bermondsey St. Come on down to enjoy some unique Trinity25 cocktails, mixed by Hide Bar’s expert bartenders. It should be a night to remember
Last week we completed our first edition bottling run and are now taking orders.
